After my stroke, I was told I would likely never walk again—but I did. I planned to keep the wheelchair so I could show you all, but honestly, I don’t even know where I left it. That’s how long it’s been since I got out of that chair.

My cannabis advocacy is part of a journey that brought me out of religious bondage and into a personal relationship with Yeshua, whom many know as Jesus. After speaking with doctors and neurologists, I still had many unanswered questions about my recovery. That led me to study the brain and the body’s endocannabinoid system and reconsider what I had been taught about cannabis.

I am fully at peace with my faith in Yeshua and my responsible adult use of cannabis. I see God in all creation, including this plant, and I trust completely in His finished work—His grace and forgiveness cover my past, present, and future. I am His disciple, a cannabis advocate, and a grower—fully forgiven, free from condemnation, shame, fear, and doubt, and completely at peace in Yeshua. And that freedom applies to you, too.

Through my testimony, I bring together faith, perseverance, motivation, and cannabis advocacy, challenging the idea that cannabis use defines someone’s worth, ambition, or ability to lead.
